Although I am very lucky enough to stay at home with my son, I have my Bachelor's degree in English. Prior to becoming a Mommy, I worked in Human Resources. Maybe I'll go back to work when my children are in school, but right now I'm enjoying every second of being a SAHM.
I also have Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI). It is a brittle bone disorder. I have type 1, which is the most mild form. Any child my husband and I have, has a 50% chance of inheriting the gene. I am very happy to say, Lincoln is OI free :) You can learn more about OI here.
I love scrapbooking, although I haven't done a single page since Lincoln was born. I also love animals, especially dogs and cats. I thoroughly enjoy taking pictures [primarily of my son]. You will see many, many of my blog posts contain numerous amounts of pictures of my sweet boy. I can't help myself, I'm one proud Momma! I am from Rhode Island, but now live in Connecticut, where we built our house. I'm a true RIer at heart though!
OH. I almost forgot. I had cancer and kicked its ass.
