My family was recently invited to spend a magical day at Story Land, located in Glen, New Hampshire. I've been visiting Story Land since I was a little girl, so it's a very nostalgic place for me. The last time we visited Story Land was 3 years ago, when Lincoln was only 3 years old! I was very excited for Avery to experience Story Land for his first time -- I just knew he would love it!!
It was super hot the day we visited. The boys were happy to ride Dr. Geyser's Remarkable Raft Ride, Bamboo Chutes, and everyone's favorite, Splash Battle.
After we got off Splash Battle, Lincoln and Avery wanted to try out the "other side" of the ride, where you shoot water at the people on the boats!
The Polar Coaster was a huge hit for both boys! Jared actually was able to get this fun video of him and Lincoln on it....Avery and my mom are behind them, but you can't really see them as well. However, Avery enjoyed it very much -- I think we might have another thrill ride lover on our hands!
Lincoln was also able to experience Story Land's newest coaster, the Roar-O-Saurus; the only wooden roller coaster of its kind in Northern New England! The Roar-O-Saurus is the featured attraction in Story Land's new dinosaur themed section of the park. It was definitely a hit for my big boy!
There's this adorable little section in Story Land dedicated to the classic nursery rhymes. Kids can practically jump right into the story, with favorites like The Three Little Pigs, Humpty Dumpty, and Little Miss Muffet.
Story Land with your family? If you're planning a visit to the New England area, and have young children, make sure you check it out!
Disclosure: Special thank you to Story Land for providing my family with complimentary admission in exchange for this review. All opinions are my own.
