How We Solved Our Leaky Situation

This post is sponsored by Huggies, but my love of their Snug & Dry Diapers is all my own!

I don't want to brag or anything, but my sweet baby Avery is sleeping through the night!  He's 3 months old, and has actually been doing so since he was around 2 months old.  I am seriously amazed by this boy, mainly because Lincoln was literally the worst sleeper ever!  I think he only finally began to sleep through the night at 9 months old, when I started co-sleeping with him.  So, needless to say, I am so incredibly thankful that Avery is {so far!} a much better sleeper.

A few weeks ago I noticed when Avery was waking up around 4am, he was only taking around 2 ounces or so, before falling asleep.  He was also waking up wet.  I mean, obviously he was waking up wet, he goes to bed around 10pm....but, he was soaked through his diaper and pajamas.

I started to wonder, if there was some way he didn't pee through his diaper, he would sleep even longer!

I decided to take the Huggies Challenge and put their Snug & Dry diapers with SureFit design to the ultimate test!

Huggies new SureFit design features 12 hours of leak-free protection, and has a flexible waistband with all around fit.  It also has more diapers per pack than other leading brands!  I also noticed that the diaper itself is really soft, which is super important to me.  I want only the very best for my baby's bottom!

...and a cute bottom it is!!

Although Avery is currently in size 2 diapers, I decided to go up a size and purchase size 3.  Right now he's 15 pounds, and size 3 starts at 16 pounds...but, I figured since he's *almost* there anyways, it would be best to move him up a size for his nighttime sleeping.

So, what were the results???

Well for starters, Avery no longer wakes up soaked through his clothes.  And....he's been waking up around 6:30am, rather than 4am!  He also wakes up super happy!  He just kind of grunts to get my attention, as if saying, "Hey Mom, I'm awake!" And then once I lean over to peak at him {he's still sleeping in the Rock n' Play}, he gives me the biggest grin and giggles!

What's better than that?!

You can take the Huggies Challenge, too!

What's even better, is for every challenge you complete, Huggies Every Little Bottom will donate diapers to those in need!  I don't know about you, but I love supporting companies that give back to the community.

Do you battle with keeping your little one dry overnight?  Will you take the Huggies Challenge and put their Snug & Dry diapers to the ultimate test?
