We all need it.

When I was pregnant with Lincoln, I was a super star water drinker. I consumed my required water intake, and then some. Easy peasy.

However, lately I've noticed I haven't been drinking even close to what I should be each day. I know how important water is for you. It can really make a big difference in your every day life. It makes you feel more alive! I knew I needed to do something about it.

I decided to pick up a cute water bottle :)

I fill it up a few times each day, and voila! I'm drinking SO much more water! You KNOW I had to get my sweet boy his own camelbak water bottle too...especially when I saw this cutie shark one...

Lincoln loves having a bottle just like his Momma. Although, he does seem to prefer to drink out of mine! He loves to share everything with me :)

How do you consume more water into your daily routine? And if you don't, I strongly suggest you indulge yourself in some retail therapy and go out and buy a fun water bottle :)

  1. I think I'm inspired to shop! I definitely need to be drinking more during the day! New follower from the hop! Come visit me at www.GritsandGiggles.blogspot.com

  2. Jani has the Zinnia kid's camelback that she loves! They look so grownup drinking from them :)

  3. I love drinking water but every day is different for me. I don't really drink anything except water and milk but I have noticed that the days that I slack on my water intake I'm tired, I gain at least a pound back that I lost the day before. I enjoy drinking my water out of the hospital cups. They are huge and easy to drink from however not so easy to carry out and about. Maybe some retail therapy is what I need to get a water bottle that I can take out and about so I don't lack water on my busy days.

  4. I love drinking water! I definitely get enough water...sometimes too much I think. Which isn't good, because you do need some sodium in your body. So I have to cool some days. LOVE LOVE LOVE wattttaaa
